A: Yes! Friends and family are encouraged to visit their loved ones at the center and center staff is on hand 24/7 to facilitate visits.

Q: What should I bring with me during my stay?

A: Prior to admittance, our experienced Admissions Coordinator will speak with you and your family about the items you should bring with you.

Q: What is the typical length of stay for a rehab patient?

A: Our short-stay patient's length of stay (LOS) is dependent upon the admitting diagnosis and complexity of their nursing and rehab care.

Q: What can I expected upon admission of my loved one?

A: For our long-term care patients, our experienced staff and social services team will meet with our new resident to address concerns, to introduce them to the center and to evaluate their specific needs.

Q: What kind of activities does the center offer? (LTC)

A: Each center has an Activities Director that implements daily programs for residents. Residents can enjoy everything from Bingo to scrapbooking to live music.

Q: What kind of health insurance do you accept?

A: While you should also check with the center you will be residing at as some plans differ, a majority of our centers accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and VA.
